Four months ago I took a picture of myself and I didn’t like what I saw so I thought i’d go to the gym 5 days a week. I lost some weight initially then I hit a plateu
I thought i’d do some research and change the way I eat and exercise. After experimenting on myself (and others!) I thought I should create a product for others out there looking to burn fat.
After 6 months research I’ve lost over 8kg of fat (whilst gaining muscle) every month using this diet and exercise routine.
I’ve already thought of a name for the product and will design the website next month.
I’ll also take notes of the whole process for you guys so you can learn how to create your own information products.
I’m sure a lot of people will benefit next whether you want to change the way you look or release your own product.
